2012 FERN StaffThe following foresight students, alumni, faculty, and advocates are donating their time this year to help with FERN management and projects. We thank them for their passion, insight, and efforts in advancing foresight education, employment, and research. We have and need more FERN Staff in the following areas:
Management - Running the Organization
Executive Director, Susan Chesley Fant, Grad. U. of St. Andrews, MS in Mgmt; Training in Scenario Develpmnt.
Research- Building out our Wiki Resource Pages. Wrangling Writers. Finding the Students, Alums, Faculty, Employers, and Advocates of Professional Foresight that we need to connect with.
Research Director, [Position Open]
Networking/Promotion/Outreach - Contacting the individuals we find in our Research. Getting them to join FERN's Networks on STFN, LinkedIn, etc.
Networking Director, [Position Open]
Conference - Finding Student Volunteers at existing foresight grad programs to organize and run our Foresight Careers conference in three employment regions (North America, Europe, Asia). Getting employers, students, and grads together for this event.
Conference Planning Director, [Position Open]
Fundraising - Finding sponsors to fund FERN research, promotion, and conference activities, and any other FERN projects of interest to foresight students and alums.
