This site listed a grouping of companies looking for Network Security Engineers. A site like this or JobMonster is a good place to look for a good first job, to get your foot in the door and get those first 2 years of experience.

http://www.networkworld.com/news/2006/102306-security-companies-to-watch.html?page=5
This is one of the better sites that I have seen, and it changes with the market. It lists the top ten security companies to watch for at the current time. It offers a lot of information about the companies, including backgrounds, what the company has to offer, its funding, and why it is worth watching in the first place. Certainly a good site to keep track of if you are looking for a job.

MI5 Careers
This is a company listing for a network security specialist. Though you may not be looking for a job now, it is a good thing to look at to see what kinds of qualities and skills companies are looking for, and it could be an opportunity for internship, if you want to intern outside of the country.
